PolyvinylChloride has good anticorrosion performance.Only strong nitric acid, oleum,anhydride acetic acid,ketone, aether,halohydrocarbon,etc can have the cauterization to it.
PolyvinylChloride is thermoplastic plastic and gets a certain of intension and good properties of processing and moulding.The price is low, and one of the most plastics used in the anticorrosion field. rigid materials are used in pipes, tanks,discharge flue, wind machine.And soft materials are used in electronic insulated materials, daily commodities,liner,etc.Copolymer of vinyl acetate has great solubility in solvent, and often used for solution dopes.Different usage varieties have different prescription, such as films used for packing foods must suit special regulation,and prevent making poison.
The application temperature of PolyvinylChloride is generally below 60~65°C, such as, used for liners of equipment and pipe, and application temperature is 80~100°C |
